Bruce is a graduate of Edward Little High School and long time resident of Auburn. Bruce has worked and managed several businesses throughout central and southern Maine. He is a founding member of the Small Property Owners of Auburn and is a former member of the Auburn City Council.

Married to Margie Bickford and have 4 children, Lisa, Adam, Brian and Carrie
Two children are still enrolled in Auburn Public Schools. Brian (Edward Little High School) and Carrie (Auburn Middle School)
